Virgil Oxley

Virgil E. Oxley, 86, 710 Pasa Del Norte, Leesburg, died Friday (March 10, 1989). Born in Maxwellowa, he moved to Leesburg from Willow Springs, Mo., in 1962. He was retired from the U.S. Army after having served 30 years. He was a veteran of World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War. He was a member of Leesburg Post, Disabled American Veterans; the Leesburg Elks Lodge; and the Leesburg Moose Lodge. Survivors include his wife, Beatrice Oxley; a daughter, Beatrice M. Oxley of Mount Dora; sons, Robin W.Oxley of Arizona and Joseph B. Oxley of Mount Dora; and four grandchildren.
